We offer everything from break-fix of hardware to specifying new/replacement hardware. We’ll use our industry knowledge to get you the best deals and then install your choice.
Data Recovery Services
We recover 90%+ of data through our commercial software packages.
If our packages don’t work then we have recovery labs that will.
Network Services
We specialise in internet and internal networks. We can run site connectivity reports which will tell you your best options, whether it be nbn, 4G broadband or satellite.
For internal networks we’ll identify blackspots and then install the best, cost-effective solution.
Cybersecurity Services

If its software related we will first try to fix the issue remotely via our remote management tools, failing that we will attend site to ensure you are back up and running as soon as possible.
Most hardware issues require onsite servicing, where possible we’ll bring along temporary hardware to ensure you don’t lose productivity.

As part of our service we ensure you are operating with the best network that you can get. Nbn isn’t always the best option for you and we’ll make sure we get you on the best solution to start, and then monitor the performance of the network and also monitor any updates to provider offerings to make sure you stay connected.
We’ll also ensure you have redundancy in connectivity so that should one provider fail you have a backup ready to takeover.

So do we… we use remote monitoring tools to tell us exactly how your systems are performing and whether they are healthy and happy. If they aren’t we investigate, when we know whats wrong we let you know what needs to happen to fix the issue, that way your business keeps running.
